How to CINPEXX

1) Center the bubble and focus keeping the bubble as still as possible

2) Calmly inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs and stomach with air

3) Pause holding your breath for 1-2 seconds

4) Slowly exhale making an effort to exhale for a longer period than you inhaled.  

5) Repeat throughout the day as needed
