CINPEXX Bracelets were born when our search to help us better deal with the stress in our lives came up empty.  Knowing the harm that stress causes the body and the great benefits of deep conscious breathing, we knew where to start.  Breathing is so simple, but the truth is 90% of us are shallow breathers.  We use only 50% of our breathing capacity thus not providing sufficient oxygen to our body.  

We wanted something to remind us throughout the day to take a few seconds for slow deep conscious breathing. Which is why CINPEXX didn't just have to be wearable but also fashionable and comfortable for everyday use.  Secondly, we wanted the tool to have something to keep our focus on to prevent our mind from wondering as we connect with our breath.  The bubble on the CINPEXX Bracelet allows for that point of focus as you find your center.  

There is no magic powers in the bracelet, it is simply a tool that first reminds you and then helps you connect with your breath throughout your busy day.  Whether you are standing in line, about to meditate or buried in papers at your desk, anytime is the perfect time to CINPEXX.

Sizing - Similar to an adjustable sports watch, CINPEXX is one size fits most adults and teens. 

Why are there two X's in CINPEXX?  It is a subtitle reminder to exhale slightly longer than you inhale.
